Rockford, IL - The Rockford IceHogs announced that the team has signed forward Jiri Felcman to a PTO contract today. Felcman will report to the IceHogs as soon as his immigration is completed.

The Blackhawks selected Felcman in the third round (93rd overall) of the 2023 NHL Draft. A native of Hradec Kralove, CZE, he most recently skated 52 games this season with the SC Langnau Tigers of the National League. Felcman recorded 20 points (3G, 17A) competing in the top Swiss league.

Felcman, 20, has represented Czechia on the international stage on multiple occasions, most recently helping the Czechs earn a bronze medal in the 2025 World Junior Championships.

The IceHogs host the Iowa Wild on Saturday, March 28 with the puck dropping at 7:00 p.m. inside the BMO Center. It's a Hockey Stick Cooler Bag Giveaway (first 2,500 fans) presented by Pepsi with tickets available at icehogs.com.
